Technical Errors
If our system experiences a technical error preventing credit delivery, you're entitled to a full refund or reprocessing of your order.
Duplicate Transactions
Accidentally made the same transaction twice? We'll refund the duplicate charge immediately.
Wrong Number (Before Processing)
If you notice you entered the wrong number within 60 seconds of payment and credit hasn't been delivered yet, we can cancel and refund.
Service Unavailable
If the selected operator's service is temporarily unavailable and we cannot deliver your top-up, you'll receive a full refund.
Not Eligible for Refund
Successfully Delivered Credit
Once credit has been successfully delivered to a phone number, we cannot reverse the transaction as the service has been completed.
Wrong Number (After Delivery)
If you entered an incorrect number and the credit was delivered, we cannot refund as the recipient has received the service.
Change of Mind
Refunds are not available for change of mind after successful delivery.
User Error
Mistakes in selecting amount or operator after successful delivery are not eligible for refunds.
