By using MobileCredit services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Maciej Jabłoński Media.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the telecommunications services provided by Maciej Jabłoński Media ("we", "us", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

2. Service Terms

Our mobile recharge telecommunications service is subject to the following conditions:

Minimum Top-up

Minimum Recharge: €5

Maximum Top-up

Maximum Recharge: €100

Credit delivered lightning-fast (typically under 15 seconds)
Service available 24/7/365
Supporting 250+ mobile operators across 60+ countries

3. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, our trusted payment partner.

By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

Provide Accurate Information

Ensure all details are correct before submitting

Have Permission

Only top up numbers you're authorized to

Use Valid Payment Methods

Only use payment methods you own

No Fraudulent Activity

Service must not be used for illegal purposes

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Mobile recharges are processed instantly and cannot be cancelled once submitted.

Refunds are only provided in these specific circumstances:

Duplicate transactions due to system error

Credit applied to wrong number due to our error
Processing Time

To request a refund, contact support within 14 days of the transaction.

6. Liability Limitations

MobileCredit Ltd. shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or business opportunities
Errors in phone number entry by users
Service interruptions beyond our control
Third-party service failures

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with GDPR and all applicable data protection laws.
